Please introduce yourself and the band members briefly? Hi, i'm Arthur, and i play guitar and sing for Incarcehated. Cácio (Guitars) Mohamed (Bass) Lucas (Drums) What does the band name mean and how do you get it? Incarcehated is obviously a pun with these two words "incarcerated" hated" We got this idea when we were writing our first song ever "Guilty", which is a song that basically talks about the prison system. Where and how was the band founded? We' were formed back in 2013 in João Pessoa Have you played in other bands before? Yeah, but nothing too serious or have recorded something. Was it hard to find suitable band members who fit musically and humanely with the band? Not much, we already knew each other and kinda have sort of a friendship before the band. What does the band name mean? Nothing especial, we just thought it was a good name for a band. What are the lyrics about and who of you is writing them ? I've written all the lyrics, and they are about a lot of things.. about my experiences in different levels.. personal things or things that i've watched or read.. and whatever else that i'd be feeling to write it. Which bands inspired you and how would you describe your music to someone who has never heard a sound from you? We are big fans of metal in general. I could spend all day naming bands that have inspired us to start playing. I gotta say to this people that we are something between thrash and heavy metal or something like that. We like to push ourselves to be even more heavier and melodic as possible, that's something that have always been on our goals as a band. Why should people listen to our music? Well, if you like heavy and aggressive music i think that we probably will fit your taste. So check us out! =) How long does the production of Tales from the Streets take your debut album? It takes about a year of producing and recording Tales From The Streets. The debut album Tales from the Streets is from 2016. Are you already working on new songs and when can we expect a new album? Absolutely.  We've just finished new songs recently and are now hitting the studio to start recording our new album, probably it will be out 2019, march or april, we hope. Do you think that someday you will play in Europe or in the united State? I really don't know, but it's on our plans for sure, it would be awesome to play there. What was your first concert as a fan? and what memory do you have of it? Mine was black sabbath and megadeth, it was a kickass concert! it blew my mind. What were your live highlights and with which bands did you play? Playing live is always fun, we have played with a lot of great bands from our country, like woslom, desalmado, surra and others. With what do you earn your money except with the music? We all have regular jobs during the week. How important are social media for you as a band? It's great. We can put our stuff out and talk to the people that like and follow us. What would you (her) want to achieve with the band? We want to have fun and play as much as we could, it would be great to be signed and be heard by many people as possible as well. What do you think about the Brasil metal scene in general? I think it's a pretty good and solid scene, we have a lot of great bands here. Maybe you can recommend some bands from your area? Absolutely. Check it out Flamenhell, Aporya, Desalmado, Surra. Personal Questions ! Where did you grow up and how was your childhood? I had a normal and happy childhood, i grew up here in João Pessoa, that's were i'm still living. How was your school time you were rather the good student or the break clown ? I was the guy that was always either sleeping or playing music with someone. lol How did your parents react when you started making metal music? Did they support you and how do you feel about your music today? Well, they didn't react at all, at least that i can remember.. My parents was always comprehensives and supportives in their own way. Would you be successful in making music as a musician? I hope so, in fact, i already consider myself as one, being able to play with my friends and do the music that i love, it's a privilege. =) Are you someone who loves the hustle and bustle of the big city? or rather looking for peace and relaxation in nature? That's tough.. it depends on my mood. But in general i would say the first option. Do you actively practice sports or are you more of a passive spectator? I love sports, but i'm always the spectator. lol When it comes to your physical well you can cook or let you cook for you ? I don't know how to cook anything. Lol What does your environment tell you about your passion for metal (friends / family / colleagues) ? Not much tbh, this is something that i use to chat with the people that is more into this type of music as well. How do you see the problem with the haters on the internet who have to announce their mental garbage in anonymity always and everywhere? I don't give a flying fuck for them. Simple as that. What do you think about the internet in general? a blessing or a curse? Blessing. What would you personally like to do in your life? Live all that i can.
