PERSONAL QUESTIONS !   Where did you grow up and how was your childhood? I grew up on an island in southern Sweden named Öland. My childhood was very pleasant. I chased my friends with a knife and conducted a choir at the age of 5 (the choir had no idea I was going to, I just did it on a whim).   How was your school time you were rather the good student or the break clown ? I was the clown for sure. I liked to be in the spotlight early on, demanding the lead role in the school play at the age of 7 and brought a guitar to school to show off Rolling Stones riffs at 10.   How did your parents react when you started making metal music? did they support you and how do you feel about your music today? They were very supportive and gave me both an electric guitar and later a drum kit. So of course they were very important for my development as a metal musician. And they are still very supportive.   Would you be successful in making music as a musician? I hope so!   Are you someone who loves the hustle and bustle of the big city? or rather looking for peace and relaxation in nature?   Nature for sure. I'm flexible and don't mind the city but nature is where I like to be and get inspiration from the forests and the mountains. Luckily I have a few small patches of forest right outside where I live. They provide me with tranquility and inspiration.   Do you actively practice sports or are you more of a passive spectator? I don't participate in any team sports and I don't support any teams. I do deadlifting.   When it comes to your physical well you can cook or let you cook for you I'd say I'm a decent cook. Since a few years back I'm vegetarian and lately I eat mostly vegan. We actually participated in a cook book with Diabolical some years ago, it was called Metal Munchers.   What does your environment tell you about your passion for metal (friends / family / colleagues) ? They're all very supportive and for that I'm thankful.   How do you see the problem with the haters on the internet who have to announce their mental garbage in anonymity always and everywhere? It's disturbing to see how some people express themselves and what kind of worldview they must have in order to act in such a way. Who dropped them on their heads repeatedly when they were infants?   What do you think about the internet in general? a blessing or a curse? Mostly a blessing if you use it right: to communicate and get educated, not overconsuming cat videos. Internet should be consumed in small doses.   Which question would you like to have answered and why? What are the winning numbers for next weeks lottery? What would you personally like to do in your life? Just keep on doing music and touring with Diabolical. Simple as that.   Stockholm The more I travel the I've come to realise that Stockholm is a really beautiful city and I appreciate it more and more.   Austria The mountains are unbelievably majestic. Once on tour I took a walk in the Austrian mountains listening to Summoning on my headphones. That was a nice walk.   Lords of Chaos movie I enjoyed it a lot. People should relax and take it for what it is: it's a dramatization. It's not the true and exact depiction of the events that took place down to the last detail. Someone actually made a movie about Norwegian Black Metal, and I think Jonas Åkerlund deserves cred for that.   Sofiero Original Crappy Swedish beer. It's ok for intoxication purposes.   Kanelbullar The best invention since DAWs. Swedish cinnamon buns.   Semla Another Swedish pastry. Not as good as kanelbullar but still edible.   Vinterviken It's a bay in Stockholm and the name of an old crappy Swedish movie.   Alfred Nobel The guy who invented dymanite and founded the Nobel prize.   Soccer or Ski Neither. I choose metal.   Drottingholm Palace The royal palace where the Swedish royal family lives. It's ten minutes by car from where I live. I prefer my place.   Bicycle I have one.   Horror Movie The best one I've seen for many years is „The VVitch“. I strongly recommend it.   Movie or Series Either if they're good.   CD or Vinyl Vinyl. That also happens to be the name of a good series.   Family I have one.   Your top 10 all time album faves In no particular order: Pink Floyd – The Dark Side Of The Moon Dead Can Dance – Within The Realm Of A Dying Sun Enslaved - Vertebrae Morbid Angel - Covenant Burzum – Hvis Lyset Tar Oss Wardruna – Runaljod - Yggdrasil Sepultura – Chaos A.D. Opeth - Orchid Abigor – Fractal Possession Cult Of Luna - Mariner   The closing word is yours? Check out „Eclipse“, I hope you'll like it. If you're in Europe – see you on tour in March/April!
